I am now a Chef

Today was a snow day, so I decided I would cook as much as I possibly could, and save myself from Katherine's night cooking problem. Now I do not only have quinoa burritos I made a few days ago in the fridge, but I have a plethora of other food.
Beginning at 10am on this fine snowy morning, I felt a pang of hunger. I consulted the buzzfeed list of delightful vegan breakfasts (link on our recipe page), and I decided that Lemon Pancakes seemed to be the easiest and most delicious option. I broke out all of my ingredients, doubled the recipe, and forged on with my quest. This was the result, and may I say, it was worth every slaving second.
They were absolutely divine. I ate three, and the doubled recipe produced six more, which I put away in the fridge.
Next, I started on some guacamole dip, which I also stored away in the fridge for a little later. It also was delightful. I highly recommend it.
Then, I started on some Rosemary Olive quinoa. Out of all the things I've cooked today, this was the easiest. The quinoa came in a box, with a packet of spices and cooking directions. It turned out lovely, and I tupperware-d it right up, and fridge-d it.
Later, I think i'll try to make some fruit popsicles and a tofu dish for dinner. If this actually happens, I guarantee I will posts pictures. If not, happy veganing.
